We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, and result orientated person to join our PRODUCTION TEAM in St Leonards, Tasmania, as a newly appointed Night Shift Team Lead.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and committed Team Leader to take charge of a new NIGHT SHIFT at our St. Leonards site.
We want to find the best to make a difference as we bring together a new shift full of challenges and rewards.
Your skills will be the basis of success where you can make a difference within a small team of operators.
Our new Night Shift Production Team Lead will enjoy a hands-on role with some of the following personal traits:
- An enthusiastic, positive, and can-do, attitude.
- Driven to achieve outputs and develop people and processes.
- The ability to demonstrate problem solving in order to keep production running efficiently and affectively.
- Self-motivated.
- Demonstrate sound interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours if required and on occasions other shift/s.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Impeccable attendance and punctuality.
- Resilience in a difficult time zone.
Preferred (but not essential) Competencies:
- Previous Leadership experience
- Shift work experience will be well considered
- Production line and mechanical knowledge
- Baking or Batch Making experience
- Food or Pharmaceutical background
- Forklift license
