The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working closely with other site and regional managers to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
• Coaching, mentoring supporting and performance management of security team members with the objective of building a high-performing team.
• Production of monthly reports and KPI scorecards in line with client and Ultimate Security requirements
• Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems
• Leading and Coordinating a Medium to Large Size Team
• Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)
• Support policy and procedural implementation and continuous. improvement to systems and processes.
• Develop and enhance SOP’s.
• Frontline Staff development and training

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 5 years’ experience within the Security Industry delivering similar outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Capacity to coordinate Security Officers' work in a team setting.
• Resilience, adaptability to change, and commitment to weekly training.
• Capable of assisting in the provision of training.
• Current VIC Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
