- Band 6 salary from $94,184 pro rata plus superannuation

A bit about the role
In this role you will analyse and interpret changes in the aged care sector for CHSP providers. Collaborate with providers and stakeholders to support the development and implementation of Casey's Sector Support and Development Activity Work Plan.
What you’ll deliver
- Evaluate the readiness of local CSHP providers to embrace changes that align with the new Aged Care Act 2024 and Support at Home model.
- Identify reform needs among local Commonwealth Home Support Programme providers.
- Collaborate with regional Sector Support and Development stakeholders to facilitate consistent enhancements for CHSP providers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the City of Casey's Sector Support and Development Activity Work Plan.
- Support the delivery of Casey's Sector Support and Development Activity Work Plan by developing project plans, evaluations, and reports as necessary.
- Foster relationships with local CHSP providers, chair and facilitate the Casey CHSP network, and maintain collaborative relationships with Victorian Department of Aged Care and Health stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in social sciences or substantial experience in aged care, health, social welfare, or related fields.
- Highly developed knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Aged Care Reforms.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing positive outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, evolving, and complex environment.
- Excellent organisation, time management, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to multitask and deliver impactful presentations.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check
