The opportunityToowoomba Catholic Schools is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to design and develop high-quality Professional Learning resources which are aligned with strategic goals and support staff in their continuous growth and improvement.
Responsibilities of this role extend to the development, operational requirements and delivery of the Professional Learning Management System (PLMS), including leading and providing tailored support to users.
Demonstrated and practical experience in Learning Mangement Systems, database management, learning design and development, eLearning methodologies, authoring tools, multi-media software, along with high proficiency in Microsoft 365 are essential for your success.

Grow with usAs a Professional Learning Specialist, you will be joining a small and experienced team that is focused on supporting and serving the 32 schools that form Toowoomba Catholic Schools.
You will receive regular support from your team leader and manager to further develop your knowledge and understanding of Toowoomba Catholic School's strategic direction and the education industry more broadly.
