Position: Learner Driver Supervisor Program CoordinatorRole Responsibilities:
- Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer driving supervisors to assist young learners in completing their 100 supervised driving hours.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure all program vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Participant Recruitment: Recruit young learners and match them with suitable volunteer supervisors.
- Training and Checks: Facilitate volunteer background checks, provide necessary training, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on program activities, and perform data entry tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively coordinate schedules, resources, and volunteers.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with volunteers, young learners, and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing administrative tasks, reporting, and maintaining records accurately.
