The Role
The Parenting ProgramProject Admin Worker's role is to support the Program Coordinator in the Parenting Program's mission. The Parenting Program's mission is to deliver a world class Parenting Program for men and young men, including those who used Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) in their lives. The Project Admin Worker will play a fundamental role in supporting the Program Coordinator with the development, delivery and coordination of the project.
Key responsibilities for the role include providing a high level of administrative support to the Program Coordinator. Preparing, organising and compiling documentation for the program. The Project Admin Worker will be responsible for assisting with communications between the coordinator and partners within the Redlands region. The role will require a collaborative approach and high attention to detail responding to client interactions, referrals and other administration tasks. The Parenting ProgramProject Admin Worker's role must ensure that DFV best practice and evidence bases are maintained and progressed in the delivery of this project.
About You
This role requires qualifications in business administration alongside relevant experience. Applicants can also be working towards tertiary qualifications in health, social work, or in the areas of community development and services. A tertiary qualification in social work or human services is preferred. Mandatory requirements include a Working with Children Blue Card, current QLD driver's licence, advance skills with Microsoft and CSM systems. Extensive administration experience with a high level of interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience and comprehensive knowledge of Domestic and Family Violence. Understanding of and experience working within current legislation, (Domestic and Family Violence Act 2012).
Salary and Benefits
- SCHADS Level 4.1 ($41.52p/h) | Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week)
- Fixed term for 12 months with possibility of extension
