Program Administrator

Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia that has recently been awarded an exciting 10-year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenance services, and renewals project works for the City of Gold Coast.

THE ROLE

The Program Administrator provides general administrative and office support to the GCI Solutions team, with activities including general office support, maintaining asset registers and databases, compiling reports and agenda, taking minutes.  The role also provides finance admin support through the creation of purchase orders, goods and invoice receipting, and credit card reconciliations.    

This is a busy role that has a broad scope and a range of stakeholders. 

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, and excellent organisation and time management skills
• Proficient across SAP and understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes would be highly regarded
• Customer service orientation – collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage a range of stakeholders.
