Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle invoicing tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on invoicing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in the transport or warehousing industry preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
Working Hours:
- Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility in start and end times (7.30 or 8am - 4 or 4.30pm).
Remuneration:
- Pay rate: $33-35 per hour.
