- Be passionate about enabling people with intellectual disabilities to live a fulfilling and inclusive life;
- Have experience in supporting people with an intellectual/developmental disability;
- Skills and experience in training and development with adults;
- Have the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders;
- Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate a number of activities at one time;
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Check and First Aid and CPR certification.
