People Centric Change - Proven stakeholder management and stakeholder coaching.The University of Melbourne would like to acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of the lands upon which our campuses are situated.About your New Team: Operational Performance Group (OPG), Change Practice.The OPG Change Practice sits within Operational Performance Group, which is a centre of excellence in business transformation, driving improved operational efficiency, effectiveness and experiences across the University.The OPG Change Practice provides services to support transformational and enabling work as well as good practice change management and communication.Program Background: Student and Scholarly Services Transformation ProgramStudent and Scholarly Services (SASS) provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.The Student Services Transformation Program (SSTP) aims to deliver a world class student experience that is personalised, holistic and continuously improving. It is closely aligned to three of the University's commitments under the Advancing Students and Education Strategy:Improve contact channels and self-help information.Accelerate the roll-out and use of technology platforms and integrations.Support SASS staff to excel by providing job security, career pathways and professional development.As the Program Change Lead, you're the architect of transformation, crafting strategies and driving the execution of change and communication initiatives within SASS and beyond.Your mission? To revolutionize the way we work, leaving a university-wide impact by seamlessly integrating new practices and ensuring everyone's on board. You'll be the driving force behind setting and maintaining the program's change strategy, offering leadership in communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness analysis.Your role is pivotal in guiding the team through the complexities of transformation, facilitating senior-level discussions, coaching managers, and ensuring all change management deliverables are not just met, but exceeded.In the heart of the Student Services Transformation program, you're the maestro orchestrating the symphony of change. Your strategy sets the stage for innovation, fostering an environment where new ways of working flourish to meet the evolving needs of our students.With your leadership, the program's change, communication, and training activities become more than just tasks-they become pillars of success. You'll be at the forefront, shaping the narrative, assessing impacts, and crafting engaging communications to drive adoption.
