We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to oversee and support the execution of a complex project focused on infrastructure and cyber security upgrades within the energy and utilities sector. This role entails working across over 20 work streams, collaborating closely with four project managers, and navigating diverse personality types with finesse. The successful candidate will excel in building relationships, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams to drive the successful delivery of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for all program-related activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project timelines.
- Coordinate and monitor progress across multiple work streams, providing guidance and support to project managers and team members as needed.
- Conduct regular status meetings, reviews, and checkpoints to track progress, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
- Act as a liaison between different teams, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment of priorities.
- Anticipate and address stakeholder concerns and expectations proactively to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills in managing diverse personalities and resolving conflicts constructively.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team environment where differences are respected and leveraged as strengths.
- Implement strategies to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability among team members.
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting program delivery, working with project managers to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

- Implement effective change management processes to minimise disruption and ensure successful adoption of program deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program coordination or project management, ideally within the energy and utilities sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and cyber security concepts and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate ambiguity with resilience and adaptability.
