Universal Higher Education (UHE) is an accredited higher education provider. Based in Melbourne, UHE offers higher education courses. UHE is now recruiting a full time Program Coordinator to provide academic leadership in managing the Master of Engineering Management program. The role will manage the delivery, review and ongoing enhancement of the program. 

About the position

The Program Coordinator will report to the Chief Academic Officer. The role will provide academic leadership in the management and delivery of the programs. The role will lead course reviews, ongoing improvements, and manage the academic staff involved in teaching in the course. Candidates must have completed PhD in Engineering or Management field with experience in course management. The role will be at Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor level depending on experience. The Program Coordinator is also expected to teach in the course.

Key selection criteria

1. PhD qualification in Engineering or Management disciplines from a recognised University with at least five years’ experience in a teaching and learning role.   
2. Experience in course management at postgraduate level
3. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, reviews, and ongoing enhancement.
4. Coordinate and lead the annual review of courses consistent with UHE’s relevant policies and procedures.
5. Demonstrated ability to teach in the program.
6. Experience higher education quality assurance including TEQSA accreditation and re-accreditation.
7. Proven experience in academic staff development and mentoring
8. Active in professional development and scholarly engagement
