About the roleAs the
Program Enablement Coordinator for Capital Projects, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the Infrastructure Capital Projects directorate through the Portfolio, Program and Project Management (P3M) processes. You will oversee project management systems as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of project management principles and experience in public sector construction to collaborate closely with project teams and ensure they have the necessary guidance, support, and understanding of Parks Victoria's project management processes and systems.To be successful for this role you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent and/or experience and proven ability in a similar field.
- Extensive experience in the management of project management systems and frameworks
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguous problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, train and support users at various levels.
