The Program Delivery Coordinator/Manager is responsible for overseeing the Program portfolio of projects and activities for Lamb Weston APAC, ensuring that all critical programs are executed in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The Program Delivery Coordinator/Manager will lead teams in developing and implementing project management processes, tools and methodologies that support project delivery excellence, and provide guidance and coaching to stream leads, project managers and team members.
The Program Delivery Coordinator/Manager will provide strong guidance, coaching, and act as a critical link between the executive vision and strategic objectives to the agreed executable projects and programs. The Program Delivery Coordinator/Manager will leverage subject matter experts (within the business and external to the business) to ensure best practice technologies, practices and processes are deployed to maximise the effectiveness of the delivery of the overarching agreed program of works.
The Program Delivery Coordinator/Manager will be business outcome focused, providing standardization and guidance for Program Delivery. The Program Delivery Coordinator/Manager will have all people (internal and the community), the customer and safety at the forefront of all decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and maintain the Project Management Framework, aligned with best practice. This includes either supporting or directly developing and implementing the following:
- Project charter
- Project lifecycle
- Templates
- Project tools
- Approvals process
- Liaison and engagement with internal business functions and Third parties
- Support and guide Stream Leads, Project Managers and Project Teams in delivering projects in accordance with the Project Management Framework.
- Overview project controls such as planning, costs, safety and scenario planning.
- Facilitate project reporting and governance and formal communication structures, including regular reviews.
- Facilitate capability assessments, gap analysis and organise necessary upskilling and training for team members.
- Maintain project data and recording.
- Facilitate project risk identification and management.
- Administer the repository and distribution of relevant project materials via SharePoint and facilitate the distribution of information among relevant audiences.
- Provide reporting on the overall Program effectiveness.
About you:
Education/ Certifications:
- Tertiary qualification relevant to project management, business management or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines
- Resilience and agility
- Strong decision making skills.
Required Experience:
- Significant experience in managing complex projects preferably in a food business environment.
