people2people are thrilled to work with an industry leading membership-based organisation that engages in the leadership community and organises webinars, seminars and courses created for leaders. With their national office network, they are looking to bring onboard and experienced Program Delivery Partner to provide support and coordination of events, courses and initiatives to their member network.
 
The opportunity
 
Reporting to the National Team Leader, you will form part of a strong supportive team culture while having accountability for coordinating events and courses, managing logistics, providing operational & administrative support. A critical part of this role is stakeholder engagement and liaison as you will interacting with a diverse range of senior executives – organising educational courses, networking events and initiatives.
 
Selection criteria:
 

• Previous experience in a customer focused role – preferably within a professional stakeholder organisation or the education sector, but not essential
• Strong time management and organisational skills – working on a diverse range of projects
• High level of communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to present
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite and quick to pick up systems
• Customer centric, solutions focused approach
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar would be advantageous
