The organisation

The opportunity
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will form part of a strong supportive team culture while having accountability for coordinating training sessions, webinars and forums. This role has accountability for managing logistics, coordinating and facilitating events, while providing operational & administrative support. A critical part of this role is stakeholder engagement and liaison as you will interacting with a diverse range of senior executives – internal and external.
Selection criteria:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role – coordinating and managing multiple programs /events.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High level of communication / interpersonal skills with public speaking capabilities
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite and quick to pick up systems
- Customer centric, solutions focused approach
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar would be advantageous
