We currently have an exciting vacancy for an ongoing Program Leader, Water Infrastructure Assets.
The Program Leader, Water Infrastructure Assets is responsible for the development, improvement and implementation of infrastructure asset management practices, planning, policies, procedures and systems to provide strategic direction and resourcing for the Assets and Operations Unit. The Program Leader, Water Infrastructure Assets is responsible for the development and continued refinement and improvement of asset related documents, condition assessment data and spreadsheets, including contribution to long-term Infrastructure Plans, Capital Intentions Statements, asset management plans, funding bids, capital program reports and asset valuation processes, so they are relevant, fit for purpose and up-to-date.
The Program Leader, Water Infrastructure Assets is a team leader level appointment and may be responsible for directly supervising one or more staff members and is expected to contribute to the management of the Assets and Operations Unit within the Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch. As a key member of the Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch this role has responsibility to provide support and technical advice on whole of life cycle asset management processes, data, tools and systems, and will coordinate delivery of asset outcomes within the branch in relation to Water Infrastructure and longer-term strategic planning

Special Conditions:
- Some out of hours work will be required.
- Intrastate and interstate travel, including overnight absences may be required.
- Will be required to provide support or cover to senior roles in the branch from time to time.
- May be required to participate in fire management and associated duties.
- A current driver's licence and a willingness to drive is essential.
Remuneration: ASO7 - $106,512 min - $115,137 max p.a
