You'll be responsible for:
- This role presents an exciting contract opportunity with an iconic global insurance organisation, which is transforming itself through an ambitious program of change and growth. The organisation is focusing significant investment on uplifting our L&D programs across the enterprise. You'll join a high performing, motivated Learning & Development team with ambitious goals, as they transform our learning & development capability to be market leaders.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager for Learning & Development Transformation Solutions you will lead a team of Designers and Senior Designers across all streams of the Allianz transformation L&D programs responsibility for leading stakeholder engagement at a program level, and strategic consultation, guidance and thought leadership to role ready program design, that will develop and lift the capability of our people across Allianz Australia.
- Project Management of role ready program and permanent resources design activities and handover across all streams, as well as project implementation approach and issues as required
- Collaborate with Senior Learning Design Stream Leads to align activities and resource requirements as well as the Learning Delivery lead to align activities and resource requirements
- Act as conduit between Academy, Central Learning, and Business Transformation design teams, to establish ways of working and facilitate project related meetings
- Design and implement frameworks to promote modern Learning Design principles, review and implement cross stream efficiency activities, as well as cross program design governance
- Extensive experience within L&D Program environments and in Instructional Design in digital and instructor led training development, preferably on a heavily regulated, customer focussed industry.
- Experience leading large scale projects and/or transformation programs of work, within a medium to large-sized, commercially driven organisation where you developed innovative and creative blended learning solutions to support the professional standards and development needs of employees demonstrated experience with modern Learning Design techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills in order to liaise and collaborate with business leaders and SMEs, influence outcomes, and translate intent into learning solutions.
- Excellent business acumen with a positive can-do attitude, where your peers see you as a self-starter/thought leader.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic high-pressure environment responding to emerging risks, program challenges and achieve deadlines.
