Coordinates a team of multi-disciplinary consultants including legal, commercial and technical consultants (including asset management advisors, engineers, ICT advisors and cost consultants). Drives the initiation, planning and delivery of new projects Develops and manages project operating budget against financial and non-financial performance targets.
