Our mission is to support the Australian business community to transact securely. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our Global CEO.
Role Summary:
The Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving and overseeing a range of internal projects that cater to the strategic and operational objectives of our SaaS organization. The role requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and completion of key initiatives.
As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor, track, and report on project milestones, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Take the lead on emergent projects, ensuring alignment with the company's larger objectives.
- Offer expertise and guidance to various teams across the organization as needed.
- Break down complex projects into actionable tasks and sub-tasks.
- Assign task ownership to appropriate team members based on skill sets and bandwidth along with relevant due dates.
- Ensure timely allocation of resources, based on project requirements.
- Analyse post-project data to determine efficiency and areas for process enhancement.
- Stay updated on best practices in project management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
