Remuneration: $122,850 per annum - $139,559 per annum + super and annual leave loading
Location: Gladesville with relocation to NSW Ambulance State Operation Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

We take a values-based leadership approach putting our people at the centre of everything we do, striving to deliver our mission of Excellence in Care through our CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.ABOUT THE ROLEThe role is expected to support Executive Director Finance & Corporate Services in measuring, consolidating, reporting and evaluating NSW Ambulance (NSWA) the Efficiency Improvement Program. The role will be required to develop strong partnerships with the senior management to develop in depth knowledge of Efficiency Improvement Programs, introduce efficiency measurements and to provide accurate and reliable analysis and reporting.Please refer to the and for further information.Please note: This position is available for a period of up to six (6) months with possible extension.OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE (for eligible employees)Besides your salary, you’ll also have access to:

ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
  • Excellent written communication, analytical and business writing skills with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to provide reports at an Executive level..
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing executive leadership and the ability to support managers within the business to make positive and strategic use of financial and performance information.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the provision of monitoring performance information and developing strategies which contributes positively to the achievement of business objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage, coach and support managers and team members to achieve organisational goals. A high level of personal motivation to strive toward personal goals; seeking and valuing feedback and reflection on own performance as a basis to inform improvement.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly gain knowledge of, NSW Ambulance operations and a sound understanding of Government, Health and NSW Ambulance strategic directions.
  • Proven high level proficiency in various software programs including Microsoft Office suite applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
