- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly gain knowledge of, NSW Ambulance operations and a sound understanding of Government, Health and NSW Ambulance strategic directions.
- Proven high level proficiency in various software programs including Microsoft Office suite applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
