Join Mazda Australia as our Program Manager! You will be responsible for enabling the delivery of an optimal customer experience at Mazda Australia and across more than 140 Mazda Dealers nationally. This is a newly developed leadership and customer experience program internally titled ‘The Mazda Mindset’. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Mazda Mindset and working closely with our senior leaders and Dealer Principals, the focus of the role is varied and diverse. This role will collect and analyse customer sentiment and work with Dealership leaders and Mazda stakeholders to support the delivery of an industry leading customer experience.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, VIC please note you will be required to attend the office 4 days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shape the future of Mazda’s customer service standards.
- Drive the ‘The Mazda Mindset’ culture transformation program rollout, engagement, and training.
- Undertake analysis, identify trends and report on the voice of the customer.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops and deliver effective communication that supports ‘The Mazda Mindset’.
- Enhance ‘The Mazda Mindset’ through direction and support for training, processes, templates, and tools.
- Work with HR to enhance employee recognition and CX-driven initiatives and ensure this is embedded in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
- Assess compliance, identify opportunities, and drive best practices.
About You
You bring a passion for cultural change, skilled analysis, and a desire to deliver transformation and authentic outcomes that will enhance the customer experience. You have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to form trusted relationships across the business to influence and drive strategic initiatives and people solutions. Furthermore, we're looking for someone with the following:-
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Customer-centric mindset and experience.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder, and relationship management abilities to influence at the most senior levels.
- Experience leading transformational change programs is desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills to influence and support strategic direction in a results-focussed environment.
- Proven track record in driving improvements in policies, processes and/or practices.
