Remuneration: $122,850 per annum - $139,559 per annum + super and annual leave loading
Location: State Operations Centre in Sydney Olympic Park – Flexible workplace options available

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be working with the team to develop and implement the Frontline Leadership Development programs, focussing on the Frontline Leadership Onboarding and Leadership Credentialing programs. These programs are key to the success of the new Frontline Leadership model being implemented at NSW Ambulance.
You will collaborate with a number of teams to design, implement and evaluate strategies used to develop, maintain and grow Frontline Leadership knowledge, skills, and capabilities across NSW Ambulance. This role will also work with the broader Learning & Development team to provide advice, input and support for programs led by other L&D team members.
