Requisition ID: REQ487513The opportunityThe Program ManagerAsset Information & Advisory is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to improve the quality of Asset Information generated throughout the Capital Project lifecycle to develop a fit for purpose Asset Information Framework for Health Infrastructure. Leading a range of tactical and strategic initiatives, the Program ManagerAsset Information and Advisory will draw on industry leading practice, cross-sector collaboration, innovative solutions and in-depth consultation to develop an improved approach to Asset Information development.The Program ManagerAsset Information & Advisory will collaborate broadly across the System to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and initiatives. The position will partner with HI’s Capital Delivery teams, Local Health Districts and Ministry of Health to ensure the Asset Information Framework is aligned with NSW Health’s Asset Management Framework and supports a whole-of-life approach to managing assets being delivered by Health Infrastructure. The role will provide advice and support to Capital Projects to ensure expected outcomes are achieved within the required timeframe and meet the requirements of asset operators.The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining all supporting resources required to maintain this improved capability in a ‘business as usual’ environment, ensuring effective communication strategies and change management plans are developed to support the adoption across HI’s Capital Program and embedding new requirements in HI’s Assurance Framework.
