You will be working for the international, world-leading advisor in business-to-business engagement, whose programs support suppliers and retailers in over 50 countries in measuring, tracking and strengthening their B2B performance. The Role
With a background in Market Research or project management, and a keen eye for detail and a love of analysing numbers and data, the Market ResearchProgram Manager is responsible for leading and managing the execution of quality customer benchmarking programs.
Reporting to the Australian Operations Director, the Market ResearchProgram Manager communicates with the Australian Operations Team and the Central Services Operations Team (based in Canada) on a daily basis to ensure that all aspects of the assigned programs are completed in line with program objectives, timelines and coverage targets.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from their Northern Beaches office for a minimum of one day a week, but then have the flexibility of working at home for the remainder of the week if preferred.
Duties
- Survey planning, design and testing.
- Lead and manage two Program Coordinators – also working remotely.
- Review completed surveys on a daily basis, identifying suitable candidates for qualitive interviews and determine additional requirements to ensure coverage targets are met.
- Conduct gap analysis and coverage in in-field quantitative and qualitive surveys for all sponsors by account and work with the Head of Engagement to ensure responses are secured from program critical respondents.
- Govern end-to-end data processing.
- Manage and deliver on all agreed project timelines as set by the Operations Team Lead.
- Manage end-to-end reporting and investigate queries and program statistics.
- Collate and configure responses and results into required formats for presentation and review.
- Degree level qualifications in Business, Marketing, Technology or Analytics preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and Market Research.
- Ability to lead, inspire and hold accountable a hybrid team.
- Advanced skill level in Word, Excel and Powerpoint – Knowledge of Excel functions and formulas is vital (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and Macro)
- Excellent analytical skills, and be excited and driven by data and numbers.
- Exceptionally well organised with a strong track record of achieving targets within set timeframes.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
