Your expertise includes identifying and resolving payroll risks, leading data reviews, and driving improvements in technical solutions. You have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives, both large and small, to completion while mitigating risks and addressing issues along the way.Your excellent collaboration and communication skills enable you to work effectively with various teams and external partners, ensuring all time & attendance and payroll processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Payroll Assurance, you are ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact in a forward-thinking organisation like RMIT.To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:
- Blended project management experience with significant involvement in payroll and time & attendance activities in a dynamic large-scale organisation.
- Extensive experience in delivering a number of projects in a large-scale complex organisation.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end processes of scheduling, time & attendance and payroll activities.
- Experience in scoping business requirement and business case development.
- Strong change management expertise.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of payroll regulations in Australia including knowledge of Awards, Agreements and interpretation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills with the ability to quickly gain credibility and build rapport.
- The resolve to follow solutions through to completion, couple with a strong attention to detail.
- Certification in project management or business analysis is desirable.
