As a Program Manager, People Operations, you are the go-to person within our cyclical programs, educating and collaborating with our various team members, partners, SMEs and managers. Defining the project scope, success criteria, roles, and responsibilities, and communicating with the team throughout the project life cycle.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Leverage change management methodologies, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes across work streams.
Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
Identifying all stakeholders, both direct and indirect, and determine level of involvement needed for project success.
Developing a detailed project roadmap, documentation, and measuring project performance using various tools and techniques.
Building and maintaining key relationships with all stakeholders - HR Partners, Service Teams, and other key business stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives.
Proactively managing project risks, issues, and dependencies and reporting the project status to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
Proactively manage and communicate ongoing changes in project scope. Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Drive timely content updates and reviews with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to maintain the program knowledge base.
Manage detailed project roadmaps and documentation, and measure project performance using various tools and techniques.
Proactively handle and communicate ongoing changes in project scope.
Effectively track issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure their resolution and mitigation.
Minimum 10 to 14 years of experience managing HR Projects.
Experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Experienced with performance management projects/setup is preferred.
Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
Delivery focused approach with analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.
High-level organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise when dealing with a diverse array of competing demands.
Ability to manage project tasks independently with different stakeholder groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, allowing for the ability to effectively explain business problems, concepts, and issues to a diverse range of audiences, including cross-functional teams.
Lean Six Sigma or other process optimization experience preferred.
