They continue to grow year on year and are now looking to recruit a Program Manager to join their team and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients by creating innovative solutions to meet customer requirements from a commercial and product delivery perspective
- Acting as a conduit between the business and its customers, ensuring their goals around product design, delivery, quality and cost are effectively met
- Conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends
- Identifying program risks and counter measures to meet customer requirements
- Proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to continually deliver exemplary standards of service
- Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for multiple customer accounts
- Retain customer accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users
Your Profile:
To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a similar commercially focussed role within a manufacturing environment. You will ideally hold an MBA, as well having an engineering background. It is also expected that you have the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the business, have strong project management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. In addition, you will also have solution selling experience within a manufacturing or consulting environment.
You will be a self-motivated and reliable team member, have an exceptional attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills.
