Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, overseeing execution from initiation to completion.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that may impact project success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, implementing best practices to enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, construction management or a similar/relevant degree in a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management/Project Management role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
