While an ability to work with and understand the technology of this transformation project, the Program Manager will bring a strong appreciation of the Customer and User Experience (CX/UX) in addressing project aims and deliverables.
The ideal candidate would possess:
• Significant project management experience handling high-value, highly complex transformation projects.
• Familiarity with the broader Sales & Service technology ecosystem, including leading solutions and use cases such as Telephony, RPA/Automation, Martech, Data & Analytics.

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively at both strategic development and operational levels.
• Dynamics CRM & Genesys Contact Centre system experience is preferred but not essential.
