What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Asia Programs Manager, you will deliver high quality and timely program cycle support. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Aid in basic project and partnership coordination for Program Coordinators and Country Offices to meet accountability standards
- Manage documentation, information, and alignment with internal processes, ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance administration functions, identifying and implementing process improvements
- Flexibly support the Programs Department with additional tasks as needed
Who are we looking for?
For this role, we are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual, who is committed to making a difference in the world. The successful candidate will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in international development or other relevant discipline (or equivalent)
- Understanding of issues related to the development and humanitarian sector
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- A team player, actively contributing to building a positive team culture through collaboration and support
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage conflicting priorities
