We are looking for two people to start ASAP for a 11 month contract paying $54 - $60 p/h + super. This role is located in Parramatta/Hybrid.

About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint two Program Support officers with a leading NSW Government agency.
Key accountabilities include:
- Deliver high quality Program Support services, including processing receipt of, acknowledgement of, and data entry of applications; collation and drafting of correspondence; financial administration support in relation to purchases and payments.
- Implement systems that optimise efficiency, and effectively manage and maintain accurate program information including data entry, records management, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders and program customers to facilitate communication, information sharing and responses to direct enquiries.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical competence in the use of excel and other Microsoft apps.
- Power BI experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in environmental related position is also desirable
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and adapt to changing work assignments.
- Ability to build technical expertise in the use of business management systems to manage biodiversity and financial information.
- Ability to build solid working relationships with stakeholders, managers, and colleagues.
- Experienced in managing competing priorities whilst delivering multiple pieces of work
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to share tasks
