The UTS Global Mobility Programs team, under the Global Engagement portfolio at UTS International, manages all mobility and exchange initiatives.
About the Role
We have an opening- for a Support Officer - Global Mobility Programs to join our team, on a full-time, continuing basis.
The Support Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative support for UTS Global Mobility Programs, which enables the effective operation of a wide range of UTS Inbound and Outbound Exchange, Study Abroad and Short Programs. Responsibilities include supporting program development, contributing to promotional calendars, engaging with students and student ambassadors, providing advice on program applications, offers, and enrolments, liaising with internal and external stakeholders for streamlined administration, and enabling compliant administration of UTS and government travel grants and loans.
If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support the operations of Inbound and/or Outbound Global Mobility Programs
- Provide general student advising and application assistance via email, phones, etc.
- Support and plan for effective awareness campaigns across UTS and globally, including promoting what's on UTS/Sydney for inbound students, scheduling and providing information sessions, working to maximise promotional channels including web, social media, student newsletters, learning management portals etc
- Organise events for Inbound and/or Outbound students
- Collaborate with the team to enhance partnerships with internal UTS staff and external stakeholders such as exchange partners, agents and third-party providers

- Attention to detail and experience in applying policies and procedures to enable successful program operations
- Ability to work with a team, to successfully promote a program to potential customers
- Demonstrated customer service focus, and excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective interactions with internal and external clients
- Competence in information technology, including databases, web and social media, and ability to contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $78,667 to $89,995 pa (HEW 5)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
