A great opportunity for an individual who enjoys and has experience working in a program or project environment previously to join a busy team on a long term temporary assignment for 12 months.
About the role:
- Providing administrative and technical support to a project/program team
- Process improvement
- Document management and ensuring alignment to legislation and policy
- Coordinating and analysing data
- Drafting high level internal and external communications including reports, ministerial and parliamentary briefs
- Working with regulatory and policy frameworks
- Applying change management and project management principals
About you:
- You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation
- You will have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ideally you will have experience working in either health, aged care, community services or the disability sector previously
- You will have previously experience working in a project or program environment
Benefits:
- ASAP start pending Federal Police clearance
- 12 month temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
- Locations considered - Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle and Adelaide
- $55.24 per hour + super
