The position will be involved in many aspects across the branches administrative functions data management, financial administration, reporting, quality management, stakeholder relationships and communication management.
What You Will Bring...(selection Criteria)
- Substantial experience in business/administrative support role with the ability to anticipate support needs and multi-task within a fast-paced, high volume and multi-faceted business environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
- High level technology skills across Microsoft and Adobe suite of programs and the ability to learn and adapt to new CoM systems and actively educate and support other users.
- Highly developed lateral thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to take the initiative with a ‘can-do’ and positive approach.
- Experience in all aspects of planning events and panels, from booking venues and suppliers, to disseminating agendas and briefs.
