The role
In the newly developed Practice Support Worker position, you will work in collaboration with the Care Services team to provide a home-based care service that helps shape the lives of children, young people, families and carers we support. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in working with children and young people whilst working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

Your Experience
To be eligible for this role, you would be working toward or have recently attained a suitable qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Community Services or equivalent.
Your dedication to supporting children and young people who have faced adverse life experiences, coupled with your keen interest in expanding your expertise in case management, will be immensely valuable in this role.
Your demonstrated ability to work autonomously, think on your feet, collaborate effectively in a team, and clear written communication for various purposes, are invaluable assets
