About the role
Social Supports Program provides an opportunity for clients to participate in social activities in a group based environment designed to develop, maintain and support social interaction and independent living.
The Activity Worker is part of a team working with individual participants and other staff to optimise the health and independence of clients. They play a key role in monitoring the person's progress towards their goals, whilst maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Social Supports Program is located at 120 Settlement Road, Belmont.
