Your new role
As the Paid Programmatic Specialist your role is to plan, implement and optimise the programmatic activity across Brand, Acquisition and Retention to deliver on program and Fund objectives. You will lead the Funds programmatic strategy and maturity and provide optimisation support to the hybrid performance marketing team.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the entire day to day programmatic program across Brand, Acquisition and Retention
  • Implement the Digital Acquisition Strategy across segments for programmatic, covering both 'always on' and tactical segment driven acquisition and retention campaign activity.
  • Regularly AB testing and driving continual improvement to the program around audience, data, formats and targeting (ie leveraging 1st party data)
  • Work with the Marcomms team to analyse and strategise creative optimisation (ad copy and landing pages) of the program to produce better results
  • Work with CSI analyst to uncover actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness, increase performance
  • Work with key partners (Google, Seek, Yahoo)) and agency (Spark) to trouble shoot problems or implement new opportunities
  • Input into tactical briefs and programmatic channel selection
  • Input into yearly budget and target forecasting - to assist Digital Marketing Manager
  • Work with External Agencies (Spark) to ensure Google is delivering as part of overall digital program
  • Deliver positive and upward trending ROI against KPIs & targets by implementing evidence based test and learn programs across new and existing programmatictactics and audiences
  • Support hybrid performance marketing team when required - paid social, Affiliates, SEM
What you'll need
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g marketing, commerce, business) and Google certified/ DV360
  • Expert in programmatic display and video advertising, with atleast 4 years hands on client or agency experience
  • Background managing complex programmatic programs with multiple objectives, products and audience segments
  • Strong understanding of other Performance channels ie Paid Social SEM, affiliates and how they work across the acquisition funnel sdsss
  • Extensive experience with DV360, Youtube and other DSPs
  • Stong knowledge of adserving and ad technologies - specifically DCM, DDC and Google Marketing Platform
  • Significant experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic, creative thinking, planning, analytical skills and very strong with data and drawing data lead insights to inform optimisation decisions
  • Test and learn focussed: develop hyptheseis for testing and expeirence running robust AB tests
  • Extensive experience in organising and prioritising own workload to deliver projects on-time, to budget and to the desired standard.
  • Excellent communications skills, high attention to detail and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
