We are seeking an experienced Programs Coordinator to join our organisation. Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning for Life and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will coordinate the delivery of the Learning for Life suite of programs and build and maintain our key school partnerships. Our focus is to achieve a stronger educational outcome for students who participate in our programs and to contribute to stronger school attendance and Year 12 attainment as a result.
This is key role where your interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and experience in presenting and facilitating programs will add lasting value for education programs for children.
About our role
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and Coordinating Programs and Projects in our Partner Schools
- Increasing program participation of our LFL Scholarship Students
- Increasing Student retention in programs
- Ensuring program quality and fidelity are at the core of implementation activities.
- Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
- Proven experience in establishing and maintain relevant partnerships
- Demonstrated administration skills
- Experience in planning, coordinating programs and projects
- High level interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated capability to manage and achieve identified goals within time constraint
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Have or willing to obtain an employee Working With Children's Check
