The Role
Reporting to the Director of Health & Women's Safety Programs, this role is a key contributor to the programs team, responsible for communicating standards of good practice in partner and project management.
Specifically, you will:
- Contribute to the design, appraisal, management and coordination of Health and Women’s Safety projects
- Ensure that project documentation complies with the standard of DFAT ANCP requirements
- Develop policies, processes and tools and meet standards across child protection, the prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, gender equality, disability inclusion and other safeguards by Opportunity and their partners
Skills Required
Your confident, proactive, mature and professional approach, coupled with the ability to work in alignment with the values of the Christian ethos that motivates Opportunity, will be key to your success.
Additionally, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in international development or a related discipline
- Strong project management and administration skills
- Previous experience working within the development sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to inform monitoring and evaluation plans
