About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened with the Shire of Esperance as the Programs Supervisor at the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre. This role oversees and maintains the operation of the Health and Fitness area, and Sporting Complexes within the Leisure Centre Operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and implementing management practises with regard to the Shire's vision, goals and interpersonal relationships.
- Innovate new ways to promote and encourage Leisure Centre usage, and work alongside other Centre Supervisors to advertise these initiatives.
- Assist with the development of strategy and policy initiatives that will lead the organisation in delivering best practice in the operation of the Leisure Centre facilities.
This is a permanent full-time role, working 38 hours/week
About you:
To thrive and be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Tertiary qualification and/or substantial previous experience in Business, Health and Fitness, Event Management and Marketing or Promotion through social media platforms
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership in a previous role, with the ability to work in and promote a strong team environment
- The ability to use initiative to inspire exciting and creative activities that would appeal to the community.

Salary: $81,262.00 per annum, plus relevant penalties and superannuation
