This role would operate on a 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, paid 12 hours per day and at a competitive hourly rate.
About The Role
Reporting to the Superintendent Rehab Operations, you will be part of the Rehab execution team responsible for the governance and delivery of rehabilitation earthworks projects executed by Indigenous owned and operated contractor partners. As the Supervisor Project Execution, you will lead external teams through scoping, planning and execution of Rehabilitation projects and supporting execution activities within Goldsworthy Northern Areas.
Additional duties will include:
- Work management - scoping, planning and safe execution of closure and asset management projects.
- Compliance of projects to Group / Business / Asset level requirements, statutory legislation, and relevant internal and external standards and specifications within risk appetite and cost feasibility.
- Risk Management Framework - critical control verifications and auditing.
- Contractor management Framework - Project risk assessment creation and verification.
- Supporting Infrastructure project supervisor peers with coverage.

About You
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience in Mining or Earthworks Supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in Contractor Management
- Schedule 26 Execution Supervisor experience. (Desirable)
- Influencing, engagement and people leadership skills.
- 1SAP (and FIORI) execution and EMS experience (desirable)
- Positive mindset and culture
- Exposure to leading Indigenous Employees (site contract companies are predominantly Indigenous owned and operated).
Location
You will be based at our Yarrie mine site, Western Australia on a day shift only 8/6 fly-in fly-out roster from Perth to site via Port Hedland.
