Why we need you
The role of a Project Administrator is vital for our construction Unit. This position serves as the backbone of projects internal and external stakeholders ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The key responsibilities include maintaining organized project documentation, which is crucial for tracking progress and compliance. Additionally, facilitate communication among team members, which is essential for the timely and successful completion of projects. By supporting the overall project management process and contribute significantly to the effectiveness of projects documentations to ensure that all related aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Your keys to success
- Review and reconciliation of construction daily reporting – Labour, Plant & Equipment
- Review correctness of cost and time allocations for respective project delivery work packs
- Coordinate authority permits and approvals
- Reconciling supplier invoices for Construction/Projects
- Arranging sub-contractors and plant hire as required
- Compile CWP Close Out Reports and administer MEX close out
- Minute operational meetings and track internal actions – HRWS, Client Kick Off Meetings, Construction Meeting
- Assist operational functions with documenting processes and procedures
- Managing and maintaining reports and trackers for operational functions
- Relationship management between internal teams, external stakeholders and subcontractors
- Review and improve processes and systems continuously, solve problems throughout, and offer up the best solutions.
