Permanent Project Advisor Role with one of Australia's Leading Law Firms based in the Brisbane CBD

Permanent Project Advisor available with one of Australia's leading law firms.
Your new role:
As a Project Advisor for this firm, you will be specialising in end-to-end project management, taking care of multiple client projects, whilst managing the financials, bid coordination and resourcing aspects. You will also act as a point of liaison between the project team and clients and play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring clear guidance based on project plans and schedules.
- Formulate detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, key milestones, resource distribution, responsibilities, and financial forecasts.
- Track project advancement, pinpoint potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
- Administer project budgets, monitoring expenditures and financial outcomes.
- Carry out routine project evaluations, documenting insights gained and implementing enhancements.
- Compile agendas and aid in the preparation of reports for sales, management, and board meetings.
- Arrange client and internal team meetings, interviews, and events.
- Assist in the creation and finalisation of client reports and presentations, ensuring quality assurance.
- Organise travel arrangements for advisors, both domestically and internationally. Handle the advisor's inbox, actioning items and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Overseeing the sales funnel, updating professional fees, entering new client proposal details, and providing regular budget updates.
- Monitor and report on QLD government projects/billings quarterly.
- Handle debtor management and follow up on overdue invoices.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Must possess a minimum of 3+ years of prior experience in project management and/or office management.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in operating client billing software (Aderant).
- Experienced in using time sheets/recording and CRM systems.
