The Project Analyst will contribute to the development of strategies and systems designed to facilitate the effective reporting and use of school asset data.
Key responsibilities of the Project Analyst role include:
- Providing information, research, advice and consultancy services for internal projects
- Analysing and assessing issues, identifying and recommending options through the application of appropriate research techniques and methodologies
- Implementing and maintaining data analytics, best practices and workflow efficiencies
- Contributing to the preparation of the team's core documents including the Business Plan, Risk Register, Stakeholder Engagement Plan and other bulletins and dashboards
- Providing data-related reporting to inform a range of documentation (including reports, briefing notes, project proposals, correspondence and submissions for a range of stakeholders
- Identifying and proposing solutions to issues that arise and support the delivery of outcomes in a timely and effective manner.
The IRU team is responsible for conducting a high volume of work within tight timelines, and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis. In addition to having proven specialist technical expertise in the data analytics field, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capabilities in relation to building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, work planning and organisational skills.
