The work undertaken is in highly sensitive areas and discretion is paramount.
Role Expectations:
- Oversee intricate and high-profile facilities and infrastructure programs, ensuring that defense partners or contractors achieve quality project outcomes and benefits
- Handle multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle, offering guidance to key defense personnel on governance frameworks
- Prepare and submit project briefs for senior levels, review and endorse project/program plans, and deliver regular weekly and monthly reports
- Develop project artefacts and status reports
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Active AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 (minimum)
- Relevant experience at an Intermediate-senior level from Defence
- Strong engagement and collaboration skills to build positive working relationships with stakeholders while managing competing agendas
- Capability to start immediately and perform effectively from the outset
