Having charted a successful roadmap for 2024, we invite expressions of interest from seasoned Project and Program Managers with a strong defence background with avariety of skills.

The work undertaken is in highly sensitive areas and discretion is paramount. 

Role Expectations:

• Oversee intricate and high-profile facilities and infrastructure programs, ensuring that defense partners or contractors achieve quality project outcomes and benefits
• Handle multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle, offering guidance to key defense personnel on governance frameworks
• Prepare and submit project briefs for senior levels, review and endorse project/program plans, and deliver regular weekly and monthly reports
• Develop project artefacts and status reports 

The Ideal Candidate will have: 

• Active AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 (minimum)
• Relevant experience at an Intermediate-senior level from Defence
• Strong engagement and collaboration skills to build positive working relationships with stakeholders while managing competing agendas
• Capability to start immediately and perform effectively from the outset
