Project Control Specialist

About the Role
The purpose of this position is to manage and build appropriate processes and controls to enable the delivery of Council’s one-year capital program and three-year rolling Capital Project Portfolio.
You will bring:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Construction Management (or related discipline) and/or demonstrated significant experience and success in Project Control, portfolio, program and project management driving success and business improvement.
- Proven experience developing, implementing and maintaining up to date strategies which integrate with other relevant policies, and decision-making frameworks.
- High level negotiation and communication skills to effectively investigate and analyse complex issues and work with senior management, employees, contractors and consultants.
- Comprehensive experience developing reports and presentations (verbal and written English) and face to face interactions including recommendations, to Senior Management, CEO and Council on a broad range of issues (technical and non-technical) targeting audience requirements
Salary for this role is $102,034.45 plus superannuation.
