- Establishing and maintain simple and complex project schedules in MS Project.
- Scheduling of engineering projects using full logic and resource loading.
- Monitoring and analysing costs/budgets, resources, utilisation and overall project performance.
- Identifying critical issues and providing solutions.
- Preparing clear and concise progress reports: actual costs, earned value, s-curves.
- Tracking project deliverables and maintenance of project registers.
- Assisting with creation of scope changes.
- Document control for various local and national projects.
- Assisting with tender and proposal preparation.
- General project administration and coordination.
- Related experience in a multi-discipline Engineering/Design environment; a related tertiary qualification may be advantageous.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Experience with MS Project would be highly desirable; or similar may be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability as a logical thinker, planner, task-focused.
- Familiar with engineering and/or construction schedules, time constraints, resource allocations, risk and opportunities.
- High attention to detail and well organised.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- An understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
- Skills in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A mindset focused on solutions and customer service.
