About MRPV
Major Road Projects Victoria is delivering a massive investment in the state's roads.
North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We're also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough. We're also delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while reducing traffic congestion and improving safety on the roads people rely on every day.

And with this growing portfolio of projects, our desire to strategically drive the development of our cost control functions/processes, not to mention our Program Delivery Approach we have created a Project Controls Manager role to lead a part of this important function.
Job description:
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
- Lead and manage the project control function to ensure effective management of cost, risk, schedule, outcomes and change control processes across the lifecycle of the project.
- Provide team leadership and mentor the Project Controls matrixed staff, including advising and coaching the project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with the MRPV wide Project Management frameworks, policies and standards ensure that appropriate remedial action is taken to address instances of non-compliance.
- Provide expert advice and support to the senior leadership team to support the delivery of the programs on time, within budget and to the required standards.
