Our client is a leader in innovative engineering solutions to the defence sector. The successful applicant will be an experienced Project Controls professional who will be joining a dynamic team of highly technical and safety-critical professionals in the ACT. Your primary role will be to provide support to a broad range of projects across various technologies is size and scope. A key aspect of this role is the provision of support and specialist advice to Program Directors and Project Managers throughout the life cycle of projects.The Role:
- Management and administration of the Project Scheduling System
- Analysis and maintenance of inter-project dependencies and identification of conflicts in tasking
- Maintain quality of data through liaison with PMs and resource providers
- Assist with work planning, scheduling and the provision of scheduling and status/performance reports
- Formal qualifications in an appropriate field (a degree/diploma in engineering would be helpful)
- A track record in Planning, Monitoring and controlling cost schedules
- Experience in Capability Life Cycle in an Acquisition environment - FIC & ILS
- A high level of experience in EVMS
- Understanding of governance in a technical project environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen, must be able to gain an AGSVA Security Clearance
